Treatment Begins With You

Introduction

We welcome all new patients. New patient appointments are generally scheduled within the same week of your call.

Upon the initial visit, a healthcare provider will determine a Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) plan based on the clinical findings identified during the initial interview.

Our healthcare providers work closely with our patients in support of the 12-Step Program and any other counseling they choose.

Induction

The goal of the induction phase is to transfer the patient from opioid use disorder(s) to a dose of buprenorphine. The MOUD program will provide relief from withdrawal and make induction the first step to assist the patient in discontinuing the use of opioids and other illicit drugs.

Recovery Process

Recovery is the process of change. It is the mindset to live a life free from addiction. The Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) program is the next step, in combination with counseling. Our goal is to ensure that you have the behavioral health support that you need to accomplish your lifestyle changes on the road to recovery.

Ongoing Treatment

Ongoing treatment is to ensure that the patient is maintaining stability in recovery. Relapse may occur, at which time it does, the provider will increase counseling to support the investigation of what triggered the relapse so that the patient will be aware and know how to prevent future relapses.

Education

Educational material is given to all our patients to ensure that individuals understand the benefits and risks involved with taking buprenorphine. The buprenorphine guidelines are given to each patient, as well as a consent form to begin the Medications for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD).
